Job Summary: As a Roofing Mechanic specializing in service and repairs, you will play a vital role in protecting what matters most for our customers. You will diagnose roofing concerns, provide dependable repair solutions , and deliver exceptional workmanship that reflects our commitment to Integrity, Excellence, and Service. Through your expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to doing the job right, you will help build trust with our customers and uphold the Banes Roofing standard of quality.
General Accountabilities:
Perform thorough inspections, diagnose roofing concerns, and provide honest, solution-focused recommendations.
Complete quality repairs across various roofing systems with a commitment to excellence and long-term solutions.
Communicate professionally with customers while building trust through integrity and exceptional service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while responsibly using company vehicles, tools, and technology.
Support team success through shop organization, inventory, CRM systems, and company processes.
Continue learning through training and growth opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Vocational or technical training
Experience: 1-3 years of related experience
Valid Driver's License
