Expanded Duties and Administrative Assistant
Job DescriptionTeam dental and administrative assistants are developed as cross trained members of our practice. Both administrative and dental assistant proficiency will be attained with us.
Salary Rangefull-time $22 - $25 per hour
Salaries vary as determined by experience, practice growth, and seniority. Growth potential is available.
BenefitsFull time team members are eligible for employee benefits described above once an initial employment period has been met.
Shift & Schedule Full time team member sought. Requests for a flexible schedule are welcome for discussion. Practice working hours are as follows:
M 9-6
T 8-5
W 8-5
Th 8-5
Fri 8-3
Our team members are cross trained. Specifically, our expanded duties assistants are also developed as administrative assistants to become proficient in roles designed to handle patient calls, insurance verification and engagement, recall systems, scheduling protocols, and other tasks.
PreferencesOur team members are basically proficient in both English and Spanish. Our family of patient are diverse and international. Members’ language skills typically improve and evolve as part of our team.
