Job Opening: Dental Sales Representative at HS-Search

HS-Search is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Dental Sales Representative. This full-time position offers the chance to engage with a dynamic market and directly contribute to our company's success while working on-site. The role is primarily designed for individuals who are ready to step out of the remote work model and thrive within a vibrant sales environment directly at client locations.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting dental products, ensuring that dental offices are equipped with the latest and most effective tools needed to provide outstanding dental care. By joining our team, you will be a key player in driving our sales initiatives and nurturing relationships with dental professionals nationwide.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and office staff in assigned territories.
• Perform regular visits to dental offices to present and promote our product line, ensuring product awareness and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to dental professionals to demonstrate product benefits.
• Attend and participate in dental shows, conferences, and professional gatherings to network and introduce our products.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that support product positioning and sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory using CRM systems.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.
• Handle customer questions and concerns promptly, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to effectively counter potential business impacts.
• Manage contractual agreements with clients, ensuring compliance and ethical standards at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain comprehensive product knowledge and sales strategies.

• 2+ years of dental or medical sales experience, preferably with direct in-person sales.
• Alternatively, candidates with 2+ years in B2B sales experience with a proven track record in a similar field will also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the dental industry and its products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales leads and customer interactions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry trends to improve knowledge and performance.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the capability to close deals effectively and ethically.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation as this role requires substantial travel to client sites.

Compensation: 80k-85k salary plus commission

Total Compensation 150k-160k
