PROLIM Global Corporation is hiring Administrative/Executive Assistant for a leading Technology Customer. Title: Administrative/Executive Assistant Location: Bertram, TX (Onsite) Duration: 6 months (Contract to Hire) Key Responsibilities Coordinate events/tours across four Texas sites with VP of Marketing, CEO Office, and Chief of Staff. Manage event logistics: location, dcor, catering, equipment, swag, and delegate tasks to site coordinators. Serve as onsite point of contact for Grab & Go vendor (Canteen) resolve POS/product issues, oversee machine repairs. Plan onsite/offsite company events and meals. Oversee heavy equipment rentals: quotes, delivery/pickup, swaps, maintenance, weekly usage/cost reporting. Badge management: create/disable employee/vendor badges. Support executive leadership with small projects and visitor inquiries. Qualifications Strong customer service background with attention to detail and time management. Proactive, adaptable, and selfdriven in fastpaced settings. Professional verbal/written communication; able to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams). 35 years in office administration preferred. Event planning experience and strong organizational skills.
